A dangerous "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) element who escaped from Anbar province has been arrested in Baghdad, the Baghdad Operations Command said Monday (November 20th).
"Acting on accurate intelligence and in co-operation with a National Security unit, our security forces arrested a wanted and dangerous terrorist who had escaped from Anbar province," the command said in a statement.
"The terrorist, known as Abu Ali Tababa, was staying in al-Jihad neighbourhood, in al-Karkh side of Baghdad," it said.
Tababa belongs to ISIS's so-called 'wilayat Anbar', the statement said.
